The Scrypt Wars Token is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (or its equivalent value in any other digital asset) or any payment obligation by the Company, the Distributor or any of their respective affiliates.

The Scrypt Wars Token is not intended to be a representation of any type of money (including electronic money), security, commodity, bond or debt instrument.

The Scrypt Wars Token does not provide the token-holders with any ownership or other interest within the Company, the Distributor or any of their respective affiliates.

THE RISK

The Scrypt Wars Token ecosystem is currently in it's initial development stages and could be faced with a variety of unforeseeable events such as in the areas of product development, marketing and financing among others. You acknowledge and agree that there could be an amount of risks associated with acquiring and holding the Scrypt Wars Token.
